There are two gas stations in Nosara village. That strange concrete lotus flower that peaks
above the trees and is visible from both beaches is the tumbledown remains of Hotel Las
Playas Nosara, and is a good place for a surreptitious photo shoot if not a beach getaway. It
looks almost…haunted.
