on Parioli's main strip is defiantly old-school. The warm, woody dining hall and tradition-
al menu provide sanctuary for its many regulars who stop by for filling meals of classic

Roy Caceres is one of the hottest dining tickets in town, offering sophisticated contempor-
ary cuisine and a chic but informal setting. The decor is clinical minimalism and the food
innovative without ever being overly pretentious. Various tasting menus are available, in-
cluding two cheaper lunch options, costing €35 for two 'creations' and €45 for three.
