PASTICCERIA CAVALETTI
There are no shortage of pasticcerie (pastry shops) in Rome, but few can compare to the Pasticceria Cavaletti
(Via Nemorense 179; 9am-7.30pm Wed-Mon; Via Nemorense) . Locals claim it makes the best mille-
foglie in town and restaurants come here to stock up on their dolci . And while it's a bit of a hike to get to, you
won't regret the effort as you reward yourself with one of its magnificent creamy concoctions.
