Museo e Galleria Borghese

3 Everybody's heard of Michelangelo and the Sistine Chapel, but Rome is as much about
baroque art as it is about the Renaissance, and the lovely Museo e Galleria Borghese is the
place to see it. You'll need to book ahead but it's a small price to pay to see Bernini's amaz-
ing baroque sculptures, as well as works by Canova, Caravaggio, Raphael and Titian. And
when you've finished, the surrounding Villa Borghese park is the perfect place to digest
what you've just seen.
