Adjust the weights on the upper eyelid.

Open up the Paint Skin Weights options. In the Influence pane, select L_UpperLid.

corners of the eye alone (

The eyelid now has quite a harsh, angular look to it; let's fix that. Turn Value to

and Opacity to around

; then reduce the amount the eyelid affects the outer
vertices, rounding the eyelid as it closes (

The upper eyelid is complete; now to repeat the procedure for the lower lid.
