2. Although you have duplicated these pieces of geometry, the UV coordinates they
hold will still be the same. To fix this, first flip and then move the UVs so they no
longer overlie the ones on the left side. Flip the arm UVs vertically, and do the
hand UVs horizontally.
You can see the adjusted UVs in Figures 8.76 and 8.77 .
