STrATEGy MAPS
Strategy maps are, in many ways, a refinement of the tree structure. The
hierarchy of an organization's strategy is shown visually; the key addition is
that each block of the strategy map is dynamically linked to data. Figure 14-5
shows a prototypical strategy map next to a scorecard that it is mapping.
