Ordering values by
magnitude is always
a good idea for
legibility.
It's easier to see the total value in the stacked chart, but that comes at the
expense of the ease of comparing the individual items (although that's still pos-
sible). Also, comparing individual items to the total value is now easier. Which
of these charts you choose depends on the message you are trying to convey.

way of having multiple comparison points. Chapter 16 deals with them
more extensively, but this chapter includes an implementation in Reporting
Services (SSRS).
