Hardware & Software Requirements
Let's first see what we need to build this project. For the Arduino board, I simply used an
Arduino Uno R3 board. For the Internet connectivity, I used the Arduino Ethernet shield,
which is very convenient to connect your projects to the Internet and to build Internet of Th-
ings projects.
Then, for the relay module, I used a 5V relay module from Polulu, which nicely integrates a
relay on a board, along with all the required components to control the relay from Arduino.
