West End
With its trendy bars and nonchalant swagger, the West End is perhaps the most engaging
area of Glasgow - it's as close as Glasgow gets to bohemian. From the centre, buses 9, 16
and 23 run towards Kelvingrove, 8, 11, and 16 to the university, and 20, 44 and 66 to
Byres Rd (among others).
