well as entire houses. It's a friendly, relaxed place with shared bathrooms, a decent com-
munal kitchen and barbecue area. Snorkelling gear is free and they run motorised canoe

departs from the Keppel Bay Marina
in Rosslyn Bay (7km south of Yeppoon) for Great Keppel Island each morning, returning
that same afternoon (call ahead for exact times). The return fare is $52/33/150 per adult/
child/family. If you've booked accommodation on the island, check that someone will
meet you on the beach to help with your luggage.
