Although this motel is on a busy road, it also fronts the canal and
rooms are large, comfortable and clean. It's a short walk into town and to the beach. Free
breakfast and fishing rod use. Great value.

You've gotta love a theme motel, especially one as snazzy and spotless this one.
There are 18 different rooms, including the Elvis Room (natch), the Egyptian Room and
the Aussie room. The owners are lovely and helpful, and it's just 50m to the beach.

About 5km out from the centre of town, this natty collection of bunga-
lows sits right on Eudlo Creek, a calm waterway where you can kayak, stand-up paddle
and canoe (all equipment available to rent from the resort). The bungalows are welcom-
ing, and have sweet locations either tucked within the resort gardens or right on the wa-
ter's edge. Superlative value that just gets better the longer your stay.
