The smell of hickory hangs heavy in the air of this small, buzzy restaurant
plating up American-style barbecue. The menu includes tender short ribs, pulled pork and
charcoal chicken (with vodka barbecue sauce), along with requisite sides like coleslaw,
mac-and-cheese and fries. In-house joke: 'The trouble with barbecue is two or three days
later you're hungry again'.
