Now press the apple pomace and capture the juice in a bucket, tub, or nonreactive container.

Pour the juice through a strainer cloth like cheesecloth or nylon mesh. This removes any impurities
that may have slipped through the press and any pieces of pomace.
Filter the juice through a strainer to catch any leftover impurities, if needed, and begin filling your jars.
