Tuck the first corner against the meat and smooth it down so it makes good contact.
Place the ball of meat near one of the corners and tuck the corner up against the meat. Next, fold
the side corner up and hold them in place with your hand. Press the paper down against the meat
to help eliminate any air.
Fold up the second side corner and secure.
Bring the sides in, and then roll the meat over, allowing the paper to cover all sides of the meat.
