In-Depth Information
We harvest potatoes by the sack full and store them for months in the root cellar. So much deliciousness
from the humble potato.
With your livestock you'll be making preparations to breed your goats and sheep. Your chickens
may need to be culled if you have some hens no longer laying well. You'll harvest your honey early
in the fall and watch your bees carefully as cooler weather sets in. Give everything a deep cleaning
before the winter sets in. Patch any drafty areas and increase the bedding for better warmth and
insulation.
