Internet cafes (4000r per hour) are sprinkled along the Road to Serendipity and, in the city
centre, along Ekareach St near Sopheakmongkol St.
Theft is a problem, especially on Occheuteal Beach, so leave your valuables in your
room. As in Phnom Penh, drive-by bag snatchings occasionally happen and are especially
dangerous when you're riding a
moto
. Hold your shoulder bags tightly in front of you. At
night, both men and women should avoid walking alone along dark, isolated beaches and
roads.
