Serendipity Area
The Road to Serendipity is the main backpacker hang-out, while down the hill tiny
Serendipity Beach offers a string of mellow midrange resorts perched over the rocky
shoreline. The resort names - Cloud 9, Tranquility, Above Us Only Sky, Aquarium - sug-
gest some supremely mellow vibes. Grab that hookah and pen some verse. Unfortunately,
the buzz is partly killed by late-night noise from the nearby clubs. The din isn't too bad,
especially the further east you go, but light sleepers may want to bunk elsewhere.
