A newish hotel one
block off the river, the Daly is easily the best of the many Khmer-style high-rise hotels in
town. Rooms are huge and bright with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, spick-and-span
bathrooms, luscious linens, desks and tea tables.

cious upper-floor rooms with access to a sprawling rooftop. Furnishings are sparse, but
it's cheap enough.
