Eating
Worthy restaurants are sprinkled all around town but Siem Reap's culinary heart is the
Psar Chaa area, whose focal point, the Alley, is literally lined with mellow eateries offer-
ing great atmosphere. It is wall-to-wall with good Cambodian restaurants, many family
owned.
Cheap eats can be found in the small eateries (mains US$1.50-4; 7am-9pm) lining Psar
