Retaining the old wooden counter and scooped booth seats of its
lost-in-time European predecessor, the lads at the Falconer have added crackly vinyl re-
cords to the mix and brought a welcome slice of boho cool to the scrappy end of Oxford
St. Expect Mediterranean takes on breakfast classics and souped up comfort food (pasta,
risotto, fish and chips, etc).

tion and you'll have the staff at your elbow. Cheeses are mostly Italian, Spanish and

Clearly even the beautiful people can't resist quirky flavours, such as figs in Marsala and
salted caramel. The attached cake shop serves sweets masquerading as burgers and toad-
