Bistrode is a celebration of all things carnivorous, with a menu to challenge the lily-
livered. And the lily sure ain't gilded - it's more likely dipped in blood and used to gar-
nish the 'lamb's heart and minds' that's on the menu. The food is exceptional: hearty and
intricate with plenty of kooky twists.

Waiters bustle about in black ties and long aprons in this très traditionnel French bistro,
with Parisian subway tiles on the walls and a solid list of tried-and-true classics on the

upstairs.
