Opening Hours
Cafe-bars generally open from 8am to 8pm, although some stay open later and morph into drinking hangouts.
Pubs and wine bars are mostly shut by 1am to 2am.
Reservations
Call ahead to book a table at restaurants and

(taverns) whenever possible, especially at lunch in high sea-
son. You may get a table when you walk in off the street, but some restaurants buy ingredients according to how
many bookings they've got, and when the food runs low, they stop seating.
