Elio Rizzo is quietly serving up traditional Veronese dishes with a modern twist. Mullet
tartare comes in a fresh tomato and basil puree, octopus is roasted with broccoli and an-
chovies, and scallops come gratinated with baked endives. With its black-and-white bistro
floor and stacked wine shelves, the restaurant is terribly romantic.
