in the Primavera di Prosecco ( www.primaveradiprosecco.it ) . Each village puts on a weekend

Getting There & Away
» Train Head from Venice to the Mestre station, where there are two to three trains per
hour to Conegliano (one hour, €4.15). Castelfranco Veneto is also accessible from Venice
(one hour, €4.70).

» Car Your own wheels are your best option for getting around the region at a reason-
able pace and visiting wineries and farmstays. The A27 heads directly north from Mestre
to Conegliano.
