This straggling lagoon town is really only worth stopping at for the
Museo Civico

at the southern end of the town. It houses finds from the
prehistoric site of
Cuccuru Is Arrius
, 3km to the southwest, and Tharros. Buses run every
20 minutes or so from Oristano (€1.50, 15 minutes).

The single main reason to stop off at this otherwise nondescript town is to stay at the won-
