enoteca (wine bar) is a favourite with sophisticated locals, who linger over working
lunches, aperitivi sessions and casual dinners featuring top-notch salumi (cured meats),
delicate handmade pasta, flavoursome risotto and succulent grilled meats. The wine list is
fantastic, and includes an excellent choice by the glass.

jockeys, swapped his saddle for an apron in 1973 and has been operating this much-loved
restaurant near the Casa Santuario di Santa Caterina ever since. Traditional Tuscan palate
pleasers feature on the menu, and are perhaps best appreciated in the four-course 'tipico'
(€35) or 'degustazione' (€50 with wine) menus.
