There are lots of roles and privileges, but these are a bit of a diversion from the main event. Just as the Oracle
DB has many roles and privileges, but SYS, which is the most used and privileged account, is still not controlled by
profiles, EM has a similar problem with Super Admins, as we shall now see.
Super Administrators
It takes just three steps to create a new user as a super administrator:
1.
Check the box.
2.
Hit review.
3.
Finish.
