Privilege propagation
is another great feature of EM12c as it is a way to have a single account and privilege set
that are then synchronized on a number of servers in the group. EM propogates the privileges for that one account
to multiple databases, thus saving repeated account modifications. This concept can be applied to OS-named
credentials as well.
