Summer Activities
Hikers hit the trail on one of the region's 700km of well-maintained footpaths, which
range from gentle family strolls to high- altitude, multiday treks. Would-be climbers can
tackle the rope bridges and climbing trees at Madrisa.

host at this quaint dark-wood chalet on the road into Klosters Dorf, run by the Ambühl
family since the 18th century. The sunny, immaculate apartments brim with homely
touches from ornamental ducks to open fireplaces. The pine-clad restaurant (mains Sfr24
to Sfr32.50, open from Wednesday to Sunday) is a cosy spot for Bündner specialities.

Getting There & Away
Klosters is split into two sections. Klosters Platz is the main resort, grouped around the
train station. Two kilometres to the left of the station is smaller Klosters Dorf and the
Madrisa cable car.
See Davos for more info, as Klosters is on the same train route between Landquart and
Filisur. Klosters and Davos are linked by free buses for those with Guest Cards or ski
passes.
