electrodes of film A have the diameters 50 and 100m. Film B has segmented
electrodes with effective electrode diameters of 50, 200 and 360m.
The electrodes of the microcontact film were tested by impedance spectroscopy
at frequencies ranging from 1 to 100 kHz. Figure 6.7 shows the impedance plot
of a single 360m electrode. The impedance at 1 kHz is 4 k.
