except to the extent that the failure referred to in clause 2.6.6.1 or clause 2.6.6.2
results from a breach by the Sub-Contractor of his obligations to the Employer
under clause 3.2 of Agreement NSC/W.

Employer to give such ingress or egress as otherwise agreed between
the Architect and the Contractor;
