any discrepancy in or divergence between the Specification and/or the
Contract Drawings (if any) and/or the Numbered Documents;

the execution of work not forming part of this Contract by the Employer
himself or by persons employed or otherwise engaged by the
Employer as referred to in clauses 3.13 and 3.14 or the failure to execute
such work;

the supply by the Employer of materials and goods which the Employer
has agreed to supply for the Works or the failure so to supply;

the Architect's instructions under clause 3.3.4 issued in regard to the
postponement of any work to be executed under the provisions of this
Contract;

failure of the Employer to give in due time ingress to or egress from
the Site or any part thereof through or over any land, buildings, way
or passage adjoining or connected with the Site and in the possession
and control of the Employer, in accordance with the Contract
Documents after receipt by the Architect of such notice, if any, as the
Contractor is required to give, or failure of the Employer to give such
ingress or egress as otherwise agreed between the Architect and the
Contractor;

the Architect's instructions under clause 3.3.2 except to the extent
that the instructions are to carry out the items of work described
in the Specification and/or as shown upon the Contract Drawings
(if any);

compliance with clause 3.16.1 and/or the Architect's instructions under

.10 compliance or non-compliance by the Employer with clause 5.19.

.11 delay arising from a suspension by the Contractor of the performance of
his obligations under this Contract to the Employer pursuant to clause
4.3.4;

.12 save as provided for in clauses 4.14.1 to 4.14.11 any impediment, preven-
tion or default, whether by act or omission, by the Employer or any
person for whom the Employer is responsible except to the extent that it
was caused or contributed to by any default, whether by act or omission,
of the Contractor or his servants, agents or sub-contractors.
Statement of extension of time
4.15
If and to the extent that it is necessary for ascertainment under clause 4.13.2
of loss and/or expense the Architect shall state in writing to the Contractor
what extension of time, if any, has been made under clause 2.5 in respect of
the Relevant Event or events referred to in clauses 2.6.5.1, 2.6.5.2, 2.6.6,
2.6.10, 2.6.11, 2.6.14 and 2.6.15.
Inclusion in Interim Certificates
4.16 Any amount from time to time ascertained under clause 4.13.2 shall be
included in the amount stated as due in Interim certificates pursuant to
clause 4.5.3.
