Air
Ten miles west of the city, Glasgow International Airport (GLA; www.glasgowairport.com )
handles domestic traffic and international flights. Glasgow Prestwick Airport (PIK;
www.glasgowprestwick.com ) , 30 miles southwest of Glasgow, is used by Ryanair
( www.ryanair.com ) and some other budget airlines, with many connections to the rest of Bri-
tain and Europe.

All long-distance buses arrive at and depart from Buchanan bus station ( 0141-333
