character and be comfortable, kind, and soft. From the square/straight set, dividers led
with 81%. Straight dividers were found to be clear, simple, and comfortable. Other
shapes tended to feel formal and rigid. (See Table 8.1.)

The most favorite shape was a radius with 52% of the responses. The majority
