6. Add a new blank layer to the top of the layer stack, and press D to set the fore-
ground and background colors to their default of black and white. Go to Filter >
Render > Clouds, and use the Rectangular Marquee tool to drag out a selection in
the center of the image area ( Figure 11.45 ) .
