Now we'll alter the overall lighting in the room and add shadows using the tech-
nique we covered in Chapter 3 .
5. Click the uppermost group in the layer stack (in my case it's the Rabbit group), and
then add a Levels adjustment layer. Double-click the adjustment layer's name, and
rename it wardrobe shadow ( Figure 9.36 ) . In the Levels adjustment properties,
move the white output levels to 160 to darken the entire picture. To darken and add
contrast in that area, move the Midtones slider to 0.60 ( Figure 9.37 ) .
