7. Go to Filer > Noise > Reduce Noise, and with all sliders at 0 increase Strength to
10 and click OK. Repeat this step, but set the Strength to 5 and click OK.
8. We need to bring back some of the sharpness, so click the sharpness layer, and
click to reveal the eye icon and make the layer visible. Then go to Filter > Other >
High Pass, add a Radius of 1px, and click OK. Change the blend mode of the
sharpness layer to Overlay.
9. With the sharpness layer active, Shift-click the FT layer so that the top three layers
are selected ( Figure 8.45 ) . Go to Layer > Merge Layers, and rename the upper-
most layer FT to keep everything organized.
