4. Choose the Straighten tool from the toolbar at the top of the screen ( Figure 8.4 ).
Click the far left of the top of the field, and drag a line to the right side of the pic-
ture ( Figure 8.5 ). Press Return/Enter. Click Open Image to open the file in Pho-
toshop.

I want the ground to take up the bottom third of the final picture, so we'll use the
Crop tool to change the composition and increase the width of the field for a wider
landscape.
5. With the Crop tool selected, ensure that the Delete Cropped Pixels checkbox is un-
selected, click the crop handle in the bottom middle of the grid, and drag upward
so that the bottom third lines up along the top of the field. Then Option/Alt-click
the crop handle on the middle left and drag left to increase the size of the canvas
area ( Figure 8.6 ) . Click OK.
