5. Now we'll desaturate the image by first adding a black and white conversion, us-
ing the gradient map method covered in Chapter 5 . Press D to set the foreground
and background colors to their default black and white. Add a Gradient Map ad-
justment layer, and then lower the opacity to 30%.
6. Add a Selective Color adjustment layer. In the properties, choose Neutrals from the
Colors menu. Set the Cyan to +28, Magenta to +18, Yellow to +26, and Opacity to
60% ( Figure 7.18 ) .
