Tip
Turn off the Mask checkbox when erasing the overlay on the pupils.
11. Deselect the Overlay and Mask checkboxes, and then bring out detail in the eyes
by moving the Exposure slider to 1.20. Move the Temperature slider to -39 to give
the eyes a blue coloring, move Clarity to +25 to add some contrast, and move
Sharpening to +40.
Tip
When you've finished retouching the eyes, zoom out to see the result. It gives you
a much clearer view of what's been done.
12. Double-click the Hand tool to come out of the Adjustment Brush and see the entire
image. In the Detail tab, take the Sharpness up to 80. Then, so that the sharpness is
applied only to our model and not to the background, hold down the Option/Alt
key and move the Masking slider to 80 ( Figure 6.11 ) .
