Adding Dents and Damage
In this section I show you how to put dents and damage into your pictures; a special effect
that is great for adding signs of battle damage to an action scene.
In the out-of-camera shot ( Figure 2.50 ) , the body armor looked too clean for it to be com-
posited into a scene where there were explosions going off and debris flying around. In
Figure 2.51 you can see how I used this technique to add battle damage in a number of
places, such as the chest and head.
