The Village at Springbrook Farm Residential Development,
Hershey, PA (2002-2003)
This project was a high-density multifamily residential development that incorpo-
rated LID principles and sustainable stormwater management methods to reduce
the impact on the larger watershed, the Susquehanna River basin, a primary
source of the Chesapeake Bay. While the preexisting land use was cultivation,
the regional land use surrounding the community of Hershey is rapidly changing
