Campus Master Plan, DuPont Barley Mills Office Center,
New Castle County, DE (1985)
Cahill Associates and Andropogon Associates were retained by DuPont to
develop a sustainable plan for a new office complex that would serve a number
of company subsidiaries, including the worldwide headquarters for agricultural
chemicals. The land development program was under way when they were
retained, but they were able to design a new parking lot system for this part of
the site, using porous AC over a stone recharge bed, and including the rooftop
