The goal here is to rethink the site design process to achieve low-impact
development objectives. That's an ambitious goal. Design by its very nature
is expansive and doesn't want to be compressed into a series of steps.
Nevertheless, this proposed set of steps and list of checklist questions can
provide guidance to move this important design process forward.
