Ideal for groups or budget travelers who want to be close to UBC's array of museum,

drinking problem: it houses a little museum, available only to guests, that's lined with
quirky corkskrews and antique vineyard tools. Aside from the boozy paraphernalia, this
lovely century-old Craftsman home has five artsy rooms (we like the art deco room)
and is just a short walk from the beach. Sumptuous breakfast included.
A three-night minimum stay typically applies, but the owners can be flexible about
this if there's availability (especially outside summer). Parking is on the street and it's
free.
