It's a hike from the SeaBus up Lonsdale Ave for
this trad-style, gable-roofed neighborhood pub, but just think how easy it will be to roll
back downhill at the end of the night (stop when you hit the water). Formerly the kind
of place where you had choice of Bud or Molson, it now has a tasty commitment to
craft brews with around a dozen BC faves to choose from.
Food-wise, you'll find all the usual pub-grub classics (half-price wings from 3pm to
5pm weekdays). It's a good place to catch a hockey game with the locals: you'll find
out just how angry those so-called mild-mannered Canadians can get.
