MUSEUM OF ANTHROPOLOGY
After a comprehensive multimillion-dollar renovation a few years back,
Vancouver's best museum cemented its reputation as the main reason to
lure visitors to the UBC campus. Even before the makeover, the Museum
of Anthropology (MOA) was already home to one of Canada's finest and
most important collections of Northwest Coast aboriginal art and arti-
facts. But that's just the start: the ambitious collection here goes way
beyond local anthropological treasures.
