This popular indoor climbing center has a chatty, welcoming vibe and offers tons
of courses for beginners and more advanced climbers alike. The popular two-hour intro
course ($69) is ideal if you're a climbing virgin. The facility has 15,000 sq ft of terrain
and 53 top ropes and now also offers outdoor courses so you can apply your skills to
some real faces.
These outdoor events are typically one or two-day courses held in Squamish, a popu-
lar spot near Whistler - it's about an hour's drive away - for climbers throughout the
region.
