clocks to 1970s cocktail shakers (plus a table topped with kitch pin badges), this highly
browsable, retro-loving shop is the star of a three-business row of stores on this corner,
each dedicated to funky trinkets and furnishings of the mid-century era. Expect lots of
nostalgic discoveries as you spot that phone you used to have when you were a kid.
This store is a local fave, so expect to be squeezing past others as you nose around
the main room and the additional hideaway rooms out back.

An irresist-
ible, white-walled, double-sized store that appeals to design-minded individuals with its
carefully chosen array of Tivoli radios, molded plastic side tables and glossy architec-
ture books. It's the kind of place you can easily spend an hour just browsing: the prob-
lem is you'll almost certainly find something - an Alessi bottle opener perhaps? - that
you just can't live without.

ideal destination to hang out on a Main St rainy day, Red Cat's wooden racks are home
to a well-curated collection of new and used CDs and vinyl records in what is one of
the coolest record stores in the city. It helps that it's co-owned by musicians - ask them
for tips on who to see live on the local scene.
You can also buy local show tickets here and listen to your possible purchases before
you buy. There are occasional in-store performances - announced ahead of time via the
store's website.
