Located at Sunset Beach beside the Burrard
Bridge, this concrete monstrosity may look like a nuclear bunker but inside it is a busy
aquatic center with a 50m pool, whirlpool, diving tank and sauna. There's also a gym if
you want to continue your exercise purge.
There are lots of swimming, aquafit and family-friendly classes here throughout the
week.

One of several rival businesses taking advantage of their Stanley
Park proximity, Bayshore will rent you just about anything to get you rolling around the
nearby seawall. The 21-speed mountain bikes are its bread and butter, but it also rents
in-line skates, tandems (you know you want one) and rugged toddler bike trailers so
you can tow your kids like the royalty they are.
Bike helmets are the law in BC, and all rentals here include them for free.

large and popular studio offers dozens of classes per week covering all manner of ap-
proaches. Spend some time figuring out which one would be best for you from a menu
that includes Yoga Mechanics, ESL Yoga (for visiting students) and Yoga for Stiff
Guys (don't ask). In addition to the stretching classes, there's a roster of additional
wellness treats, from Thai massage to Shiatsu therapy.
